我先生持有綠卡，但在中囯工作。由於疫情，去年幾次定好的回美機票都被取消，眼睜睜看著綠卡過期(2020年9月份過期），現人還在中國，有什麽辦法回美嗎？我及女兒都在美國公民身份。謝謝！

-How long has he stayed in China? If his stay in China is more than one year continuously, then his green card is void. Thus, he will be trouble to return to US. Probably he needs to abandon the green card, then apply for B2 visa to come back.

This process generally takes about 7 to 14 days. Upon returning to the U.S., you will still be required to renew your expired card by using Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.
