請教8老師，加拿大公民通過女朋友的公司申請TN 簽證，女朋友現在是美國公民，他們結婚後，老婆幫他申請美國綠卡，請問8老師，TN是通過老婆公司申請的, 這對申請婚姻綠卡遞交485有影響嗎？謝謝！

-Not at all. But he needs to apply for advance parole to travel ouside US after he files I-485. Also, he cannot extend his TN after fling I-485. So, he had better apply for EAD at the same time when he files I-485.
