Can I renew TN status while my 485 pending?

1. I am working on TN status, and now waiting for EAD and green card under family-based immigration (parent of US Citizen)

2. My TN expire in September 2021.

3. Can I renew TN while my 485 pending? I do not know when EAD can be approved. If later than September, I have to stop working.

• 我LG的EAD 也是遲遲不到，TN四月過期，就申請了TN, 奇怪的是 -adada- ♀ (98 bytes) () 05/12/2021 postreply 13:05:25
