孩子準備去美國以外讀大學，綠卡非公民。

她14歲應該換綠卡的，我們原來不知道，剛把申請交上去，拿到了797，還沒有打手印。現在可以同時遞I-131申請嗎？

-Yes. Provide the copy of the green card (both sides) and the copy of the I-90 Receipt Notice with the I-131 application.

網上查了reentry permit辦理時間不短。如果九月初開學以前還沒辦下來，孩子可以先出境讀書嗎？

-Yes. She can leave US after conducting the biometrics for the reentry permit application.
