她需要辦F1嗎？

-Unless she has been an F-1 student, otherwise her F-1 applicaiton will not be approved due to immigration intent. But she actually does not have to have the F-1 status. Just talk ot the school if aksed for her legal status that she is adjustment of staus applicant (i.e. has pending I-485).

還是飛會加拿大然後回來激活AP?

-Not need if she does not apply for the Federal financial aid.

 

不知現在讓不讓加拿大人拿著AP 回來。這個status真是太鬧心了。
