求教8老師

8老師，我於2019年已經CP麵試過，AP審查時間過長因排期倒退沒能issue 簽證。最近排期到了，我收到了這封信：

我收到此信後，將簡曆提交到了指定的郵箱，但是還沒有收到回信（已有3個工作日了），記得19年的時候AP行政處理也提交簡曆，當天就收到自動回複的信說已收到。還有，我還需要重新填寫DS260，重新付費嗎？我對此有點疑惑。上次審查用了10周左右，這次不知道需要多久。麻煩8老師幫我解惑！謝謝！
