我父母80多了， 因疫情和健康原因已滯留國內14個月， 本來準備申請SB1簽證，原來還報有希望， 因為父母年紀大了， 加上國內沒有其他子女可以照顧他們。 看了您對前幾個問題的回複， 現在感覺被拒的可能也很高。 我想谘詢幾個問題

1. 如果申請旅遊簽證的話，他們必須先申請放棄綠卡嗎？

-Yes. See this link for how to abandon the green card in China:

這個要多長時間呢？

-It takes about two months for USCIS to process and respond to you about your request.

2. 放棄綠卡後申請旅遊簽證， 被拒的可能性是否很大？

-Very small. I have suggested several people did this way, and all of them got the B2 visa after abandonment of green card. 

被拒的話還可以申請SB1 簽證嗎

-No. But you can sponsor your parents to apply for the immigrant visa in Guangzhou if they cannot get B2 visa. Then, they can enter US using immigrant visa to become a green card holder directly. I don't suggest them to apply for SB-1 visa.

3. 美國對中國還有10年旅遊簽證嗎？

-Yes.
