8老師，您好：家人去年旅遊簽證一月入美，6月網上申請延期，其中錯過打指紋，於是寄信去要求更改打指紋時間，離入境至今一年多了未有消息，不知道該怎麽辦。現家人想回國，2個問題：1）是否能順利回中國？

2）在這種情況下是否影響下次入境？謝謝

-Probably yes, but they had better leave US as soon as possible before the extension is approved or denied. Otherwise, their visa will be void. Even if the extension is approved, the approval duration will be for only 6 months from the date their I-94 expired. So, thy had better leave US shortly. Otherwise, they might have trouble to get the B2 visa (their current B2 visa vill be invalid).
