媽媽去年中提交了I539 延期申請（旅遊簽證），當時寄539表的時候，我是幫我媽媽準備資料和interpreter的人。媽媽已經離開美國將近半年，現在我們家換了房子，地址變了。我們是H1b, 需要去移民局官網改一下地址。但是媽媽延期申請還沒有出結果，我是否也需要去移民局官網幫媽媽改一下地址？謝謝8老師

-It does not matter, but you had better file change of address for her so that you can receive the denial notice for her. In the future, she had better bring the evidences of her leaving such as flight boarding card, entry stamp on her passport by Chinese Customs officer, and the I-539 Receipt Notice (and denial notice) when she comes to US again in case the IO in the port of enttry may ask for these documents. These documents prove that she left US during the I-539 pending so that her B2 visa is not affected.
