看來交的I-485是基於降級的EB3的I-140 filed.  因為是跟家人交的，我一直沒太搞明白。 謝謝8老師點撥！

-The EB2 priority date has been ported to the EB3 I-140, so you do not need to do anything about it.

Just check the Visa Bulletin to see whether the priority date for EB3 or EB2 is current. 

But if the priority date for EB3 is not current, but for EB2 is current, then you may send a letter to USCIS to request I-485 relink/transfer to EB2 I-140. If the EB3 is current, then do nothing.

另外，請問8老師，現在一般需要多久才拿到 I-485 EAD？

我在等卡工作。需要現在可以聯係USCIS 或議員催嘛？-Don't think it is useful.
