關於父母SB-1簽證第一次麵談被拒急問8老師

父母因為疫情和身體健康狀況滯留國內超過了一年，剛去參加了第一次資格審核麵談 （帶了解釋信及醫生證明），被拒說是不符合SB-1簽證的要求，也沒解釋不符合的原因，就是沒讓繼續申請和第二次麵談。請問8老師這種情況下，是否仍然可以去嚐試一下直接拿綠卡入境？
