本人以一個作廢的回美證進入了美國（並非有意）

-What does 作廢的回美證mean? Did the IO put the admission/entry stamp on your passport? How did you get the 回美證 before you filed I-485? Are you the immediate relative (e.g. spouse, minor child or parent) of a US citizen?

，然後遞交了485。現在移民局正在schedule interview. 請問這種情況下麵談需要帶一個律師嗎？

會不會在麵談中被遞解出境呢？
