尊敬的8老師：

請教一下關於公民父母綠卡I-485 填表問題，

父母B2來美，然後一直滯留在美國，已經超過三年，中途沒有離開。我現在是公民給父母申請綠卡，在填父母的I-485碰到一些問題：

17：Have you ever violated the terms and conditions of your nonimmigrant status? 
考古了你以前的回答，填 了 Yes, 並在PART 14 EXPLANATION 中填 "Overstay after the  period of authorized stay ended".

關於 72的兩個問題中，我父母滯留超過一年，但是沒有離開美國，所以這裏應該填 “No”？我還需要另外在 PART 14 中解釋嗎？

-Not need to explain it. 
72.a. For more than 180 days but less than a year, then departed the united states?
72.b. For one year or more and then departed the united states?
