本人大學畢業 opt中，母親之前幫忙申請親屬移民，本來準備在美國這轉身份，但最近收到NVC來信，case和invoice號都有，網上有說不用管的，也有說要找律師把材料轉回移民局的，我該怎麽辦呢？必須要回國嗎

If your mother is a US citizen and you are less than 21 years old and single, thenn you can file I-485 any time. If not, then you need to wait for the priority date is current to file I-485. By the way, you need to keep your valid non-immigrant status such as F1, H1, until you file I-485.
