詭異的是：1. 說體檢超過了60天。難道不是兩年有效嗎？

是不是需要重新體檢？
-If you receive Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS for this document or you receive the I-485 Interview Notice, just ask the doctor who conducted the physical exam to issue a new signed and sealed I-639 with the exam result, and send it to USCIS for the RFE, or bring it to the IO during the interview.
2. 說不要郵寄材料。但是兩個月過去了，杳無音信。問律師，說沒見過這種情況，讓我們再等。
