請問8老師, 我正在申請公民填N400表， 有一項填父母是否公民問題。我母親約十年前歸化美國公民（我那時已成年），但2年前去世。準確入籍日期和A#都不清楚了因為我沒有她的相關證件。這一項該如何填 (yes-fill related information; or no-skip this section?). 另外，如果必須填“是”，應該說明現已去世嗎？沒有這一項的位置可填啊。
-Say "Yes" and leave the date of becoming US citizen and A# blnak, but explain in another sheet that your mother became a US citizen about 10 years ago and she has passed away. You do not remember exactly when she became a US citizen and also, do not have her A#.
By the way, the IO amy ask this quesiton during the interview, then you also can explain it at that time.
