是的，家人打算申請 485 based 的EAD 延期。隻是不知道因為本人換工作，有新的 H1b 批準書，對家屬的EAD 延期有沒有影響？？
-The current H-4 EAD is still valid until it expires. H-1 transfer does not affect the H-4 status and the H-4 EAD.
另外，孩子因為護照到今年12月過期，所以上次以H4身份入境時， I-94上的日期給到今年6月。請問，如果因為疫情無法回國重新簽證，有沒有可能在境內申請延期？
-Yes. The child can file I-539 to extend his/her H-4 status within US. It is also fine if the child does not extend the H-4 status because he/she has the pending I-485.
孩子也是 485 pending，如果超過 I-94 上的居留日期，沒有出境，對綠卡有什麽影響呢？-Not at all.
