有兩個朋友， 一個有綠卡，一個沒有綠卡，都屬於低收入人，一年低於240000.
在www.healthcare.org上申請醫療保險，都是200多一個月。如果不用白卡，還有沒有什麽其它的優惠。申請的時候，沒有做評估，怕造成社會負擔。不想影響以後入籍。對這些不是很明白。謝謝！
