8老師，我父母今年1月份在廣州通過綠卡麵試，然後遇上中美斷航，川普禁止中國公民入境。他們的移民簽證已經過期。您知道我可以到哪個機構申請延期麽？或者說需要著手重新提交申請了，謝謝。

-Just contact The US Consulate in Guangzhou to get a new visa by addressing the reason (e.g. Covid 19), not need to do it lall overall again.
