親愛的8老師，我有兩個問題請您解答：

1. 我的親屬移民F2B 130還沒有批準，隻有130 Receipt Notice, 有Receipt Date，但Priority Date欄是空白。這正常嗎？-Yes.可否自認為Receipt Date 就是 Priority Date。-Yes. This priority date will be shown on your I-130 Approval Receipt Notice.

2. 如果F2B filing date到了130 Recipt Date，而130還沒被批準，也沒有正式的Priority Date，我能否按照130的Receipt date 提交485申請和785EAD申請。-You need to wait for the priority date to be current to file I-485 which takes several years. Your I-130 would be approved before that time.
