1.我是綠卡持有人，想為我孩子申請綠卡。孩子成年未婚，目前在美國境內讀書。遞交I-130時有個問題：
At which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa? 孩子已經在美國境內，這個問題怎麽回答？
-Put "US Consulate in Guangzhou". It will not affect the I-485 filing, anyway.
2 .I-130 可以和I-485 一起提交嗎！-No. Need to wait for the priority date to be current which may take sevral years.
