兩張護照照片，一張或兩張背後需要簽名嗎？-Do both.

我記得交I-485的時候，要求一張照片後麵需要寫名字；

還有，關於打指模，我需要交什麽表或者做什麽嗎？還是我什麽都不用做，就等通知就行，我查了一下沒查到。麻煩您了。

-Probably USCIS will use your old fingerprint for the new EAD due to Covid-19, thus you may not need to do the fingerprinting again. Just wait and if USCIS send you the appointment notice, just go for it.
