8老師您好，我的I-140兩年前approved，現在要filing I-485，但今年一月一號開始公司的legal name和EIN改了（變成母公司的名字了）。三年前我們公司就被B公司收購了，但是legal name和EIN一直沒變（就是perm和I-140上麵的）。現在表B開了我們可以file I-485了，請教下這種情況下怎麽做好？謝謝！
-Ask your current company to file the I-140 amendment for you using successor-in-interest benefits and also, you can file your I-485 concurrently with the I-140 amendment filing (not need to apply for a new labor certificate/PERM). Talk to your lawyer and he/she should know how to deal with it.
