second, it has been 1.5 years since your mom's FP, has her I-485 approved yet? Because if not, you actually save a trip, because you would have to do 2nd FP, had you did you FP 1.5 years ago and I-485 still pending.
But don't worry, as long as the I-130/140/asylum/TPS petition still good, you are protected by 2002 CPA that you won't be aged out and in the mean time you can get AP and EAD and renew them if necessary.
