PRC passport only get 2-entry H1 visa, it's based on China-US reciprocal schedule. It won't change Unless you get another country's passport or get PR of certain countries or get H1 visa in another country that VO does not know the difference and give you visa stamp as if you were that country's citizen. (The last senario happens to many J1 who got J1 visa stamp in Europe stating no 2 year rule applies, because those countries' citizens get J1 not subject to 2 years rule)
