-You only can file I-765 for EAD renewal in advance up to 120 days before your current EAD expires. But you still can continue to work up to 240 days after your current EAD expires during the EAD renewal pending if you file the renewal applicaiton before your current EAD expires.
還有，我們這種申請EAD 延期是不是不用交費？
-No fee in your case.
除了申請表，還需要遞交什麽材料呢？
-You need to provide a copy of your I-485 Receipt Notice. The other documents are the same as you provided for your current EAD applicatiion.
