請教8老師：
我的綠卡還有八個月到期，查了USCIS現在更新時間要9－11個月。但似乎規定說必須在過期的六個月之內才能提交申請，如早於六個月會被退回。我的問題是: 能否在過期前八個月時就遞交，會被退回嗎？

國內有老人，怕萬一不能按時批下來如老人有意外回不了國。-Your green card can get extension for one year during the renewal pending, either at the time of biometrics collecion or get the green card stamp on your passport in the local USCIS Field Office.
