有人提到 ”可以用PENDING N400的理由免費去蓋個I-551 章，不用遞交i90申請綠卡延期“，不知這種操作是否可行呢？謝謝！

-Techincally, if he files N-400 at least 6 months before the green card expires, he can use the N-400 receipt notice to get the green card stamp in the loca USCIS Field Office, not need to renew the green card.
