母親去年12月2日來美,I94 6月1日到期,我在4月份網上申請延期6個月到12月1日,目前沒有結果。我看了下機票,最早的合適機票是12月初,已經晚於12月1日。請問：

1.如果延期批準到12月1日,她晚幾天離境有問題嗎？-It will not affect her to apply for a visa and re-enter US in the future, but her current 10-year B 2 visa will be void, so she needs to apply for a new visa to come to US in the future.

2.如果延期被拒絕,但買不到機票,那我們應該怎麽辦？-Leave US within one month from the date it is denied.

3.現在是否應該給她申請綠卡,以防I94過期她仍走不了？因為即便買了機要,就怕冬天疫情加重航班取消。

-Up to her. If she wants to leave US permanently, just sponosr her green card any time even if after she illegal stays. Otherwise, she can file second extension application after the current pending application is approved, and then leave US before the second application approval or denial.
