去年給父母從國內申請綠卡，130批準轉NVC遞交材料一切都很順利。去年年底父母過來過聖誕結果疫情爆發回不去一直留到現在。中途根據律師的建議遞交了485轉身份。現在485的收據遲遲沒有拿到，

-How long since you sent out the I-485 application? If it is a few weeks (less than two months), then it is normal.

而NVC那邊通知所有材料通過下一步等待廣州領事館通知簽證。請問這種情況應該咋辦呀？

-Reply to NVC that your parents have filed I-485 application for adjustment of status within US, and ask NVC to stop processing their case there.
