8老師, my son (a main sponsor) and I live in different States, we do not live together. Do you think I am still eligible to fill out I-864A fom, if the above cited statemetns are correct? Thanks
-If you don't have a choice, just file I-864A to see whether USCIS will accept it. If no, you can find a joint sponsor later.
