之前的concern 是因為人在中國出差，學校不肯給遞交OPT申請，說一定要人在美國才行。

-The school is right. You can ask the school to issue a new I-20 to you to apply for the F1 visa if your old I-20 expired. If your old I-20 does not expire yet, you can use it to apply for F-1 visa. After you return to US, you can apply for OPT.
