8老師，我是L-1B，在美國。孩子持L-2簽證（I-94在舊護照上是7月底到期）。孩子剛換了護照，需要更新I-94. （我自己的護照和I-94不用）。
如果我帶著孩子去美加邊境，馬上掉頭再入境美國，在CBP申請更新，有什麽風險嗎？
-I don't suggest you to do it (it is very risky). Actually, the passport renewal is irrelevant to the I-94. But if your child I-94 or your I-94 will expire in this July, your child may just file I-539 within US to extend the L-2 status, and you may ask your employer to file I-129 to extend your L1B status, not need to go outside US to get the visa to come back.
