本人現在居住北京。兩年回美證已於2020年5月20日過期。綠卡將於2020.7.25過期。本來預訂了5.5航班回美國，想續辦回美證，但是疫情原因航班取消。自己認為可以用綠卡入境，預訂了2020.7.1回美國的機票，但是昨天被通知也取消了。現在不知道怎麽辦。給中國的美國大使館打過電話，說移民問題沒人處理。發了郵件給移民局郵箱但是沒有回複。問題1.網上申請延期綠卡在中國怎麽按指紋？大使館沒有按指紋的地方。2.如果真的過期了，移民身份是不是還有效，以後怎麽操作？3.查到網站鏈接特殊原因可以申請一個旅行證件回美國，但是特殊情況才能申請。不太清楚這個特殊情況啥意思，目前疫情算是特殊情況，航班取消也算是特殊情況，但是怎麽判斷何時好轉現在不知道疫情何時能好呢？因為如果沒有好轉才能算是特殊情況。比如我們明年五月份再申請還能申請下來麽？移民局會不會認為綠卡過期時間太長了？而且期間一直有航班，隻是我們這個航班取消了而已。4.入關會碰到什麽問題？

-Have you stayed in China for more than one year contenuously yet (i.e. you did not return to US within one year)? If yes, your green card technically is void because you did not return to US before the reentry permit expired. So, you need to apply for the Returning resident visa (SB-1 visa) to come back to reinstate your green card by providing the evidences that the COVID-19 prevented you from returning to US on time such as your airtickets and the airlines flight cancellation information, etc. You cannot extend the green card in China. Contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou for SB-1 visa application. Also read these links:
