由於疫情 父母綠卡下次再回國不準備馬上坐飛機回來，準備在國內帶1-2年。 是要在離開美國前申請AP紙嘛？ 而且要等AP紙批準了才能回國嗎？ 也不知到需要多久。

-They need to apply for reentry permit in US before they leave. They can leave US after conducting the biometrics, not need to wait for the reentry permit approval.Then, you can mail the approved reentry permit to them.
