是不是我的回美證明年4月1號過期時我必須在美國？我想明年2月份再申請延期一年回美證，按您的指導，我申請時需要把我手裏的回美證（到明年4月1號過期）一起交上去，我擔心2月份來不及打指紋，新的回美證批不下來，那我2月份就不能離境了？
