是不是我的回美證明年4月1號過期時我必須在美國？我想明年2月份再申請延期一年回美證，按您的指導，我申請時需要把我手裏的回美證（到明年4月1號過期）一起交上去，我擔心2月份來不及打指紋，新的回美證批不下來，那我2月份就不能離境了？

-After you conduct the biometrics, you can leave US and ask someone to receive the approved reemtry permt and mail it to you. You may request expedited processing for the biomtrics appointment. See this article:
