請教8老師問題，請

8老師，您好！

我曾向您請教給小孩B-2延期和境內遞交I-130的問題。（鏈接https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immigration/616839.html）

我綠卡，去年愛人移民簽證入境獲得綠卡。

小孩在中國出生，7歲，去年7月份以B-2簽證入境，6個月停留期，到今年1月11號截止。1月份我們給小孩遞交了I-539 B-2延期申請，幸運的是剛收到延期申請的approval notice，新的I-94到期日是7月11日。

您當時的建議是“-If the I-539 is approved in June, then you can file I-130 and your child can file I-485 together/concurrently in June (there is the visa number available for F2A in this June).”

我查了一下國務院剛公布的下個月7月份的visa bulletin, 
表A: F2A, China-mainland born是“C", current;
表B: F2A, China-mainland born是"01Jun20".

再查USCIS Next Month's Adjustment of Status Filing Charts
For Family-Sponsored Filings:
In the F2A category, there is a cutoff date on the Dates for Filing chart.  However, the category is “current” on the Final Action Dates chart.  This means that applicants in the F2A category may file using the Final Action Dates chart for July 2020.

請教： 這是否意味著7月份和6月份一樣，the visa number is available for F2A? 

我們可以file I-130 and I-485 together/concurrently，隻要確保在6月底或最遲7月11號（新的I-94到期日）之前移民局收到申請就可以了，這樣理解對嗎？

請教：我們的理解，遞交材料後，小孩就進入AOS狀態，可以合法留在美國和我們在一起，一直等到綠卡批準。那還需要在7月11號（新的I-94到期日）之前遞交第二次B-2延期申請嗎？應該不需要了吧。能請您確認一下嗎？
