請教8老師， 485的中國出生公證書有沒有格式要求？現在好像說是要求4頁內容的（第一頁：中文公證/第二頁：英文翻譯第一頁/第三頁：中文說明第一頁翻譯和第二頁英文相符合/第四頁：英文說明第一頁翻譯和第二頁英文相符合）。。 

俺的出生公證辦的早， 隻有第一和第二頁。 這種情況可以可以請美國這邊有資格的翻譯公司對第一頁專門再做一個翻譯+公證 ？

因為俺現在已經不是中國國籍了， 想托國內親友重辦出生公證的話需要我的戶口卡和身份證，但這兩個東西當時入外籍時都被中國政府注銷了。。。
