hello大家，新人，第一帖，好像大家都問8老師問題，感覺8老師很專業，也同問8老師。我是公民，第二次結婚，幫老公申請綠卡，第一次結婚和離婚都是中國，請問婚綠要求提供材料證明以前的婚姻已經結束，什麽材料ok？

1）中國民政局的離婚證（中文） +  翻譯件？

-Fine. Ask your friend to translate it for you following the USCIS requirements (not have to do 公證). See this link for traslation requirements:

By the way, some IO may not understand that 中國民政局的離婚證 = 法院判定的離婚證 and thus, do not accept民政局的離婚證. If so, just explain it.

 

2）去國內公證處開離婚公證，因為國內朋友已經不多，比較難弄。

請問哪一種是可以接受的？有沒有官方的reference？謝謝！
