請問八老師, 我的綠卡10月中到期. 7月份打算陪媽媽回國, 8月底回來. 

1) 我用10月中到期的綠卡8月底回來, 沒有問題, 對嗎?-Yes. 是不是隻要在綠卡過期回來就行?

-Yes. But you had better file I-90 to extend your green card now, and then it will be extended for one year when you conduct the biometrics duing the I-90 pending. You may file I-90 online.

2) 我現在如果申請綠卡延期, 我可以用現在的綠卡(10月中到期)回美嗎?-Yes if you conduct the biometrics before you leave. See above.

如果錯過綠卡打指紋的時間(萬一在中國), 可以重新預約嗎?-Yes.

3) 是不是在綠卡過期之前, 甚至過期都可以申請綠卡?-Yes.怕8月底無法按時回美, 可以在中國網上申請延期嗎?-No!

4) 不好意思, 請問您的建議是現在申請, 還是回美後在申請? 多謝!!
