如果移民局沒有批準b2 延期，那麽在美國過期居住這幾個月是否就算非法了？會不會影響到以後？是不是父母想再來美國就進不來了？

-Their illegal stay will be counted from the date their extension application is denied. So, they need to leave US as soon as possible (had better leave US witnin one month from the denial date). But their 10-year B2 visa will be void, so they need to apply for the new B2 visa to come to US in the future.
