又讀了一遍移民局來信，還是很疑惑

非常感謝8老師的幫助！！網上其他信息也是像您說的一樣：NVC會寄給我爸爸(petitioner) instructions for next steps.

但是信上的確寫著：

The NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information about immigrant visa processing steps.

You shoud allow ...... If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days ...

看起來好像是說我哥哥beneficiary會收到關於接下來instruction的信。下一段又說如果我爸爸30天之內沒有收到信的話可以和他們聯係。所以我爸爸也同樣會收到關於接下來instruction的信？
