下麵有幾個問題：
1.請問這是說明我是確定被拒了嗎？因為搜索這個消息，有網站說這不是最終的決定，很疑惑。請老師解答。
-Sometimes the online information is not correct, so you had better wait for the formal paper notice. Also, it seems the US Consulate in Guagnzhou is still closed due to caution to Covid-19, so I doubt the VO would make the decision on your case at this period of time. 2.我之前的AP信裏說體檢報告到2019年12月某日過期，警方公證書到2020年4月過期。但是我至今沒有接到領事館發信要求提供這些新的報告，是否與排期（我估計我的PD要明年才能回到批準狀態，如果不出意外的話）和領事館已經撤回美國有關？發信給領事館他們不知道有沒有用（我後麵再試試）？

3.如果隻是因為排期的問題，那麽明年排期到了，我是否還要重新提交移民簽證申請費（我記得填寫DS260要繳納幾百美元的費用）？

4.還有，我的信裏說ds260表2020年7月份過期。裏麵有一段話“if we receive your documents after the expiration date, we will schedule you to update, resubmit the DS-260, and return to the consulate general to have your oath taken in front of a consular office. if you have previousily submitted form ds-260, you do not need to complete a new form.”還需要再次進行administrative processing嗎？
