以前申請Immigration Visa 如果申請人符合經濟擔保豁免（VAWA有關的兒童），隻要填I-864W送NVC就可以了。現在 I-864W已經廢除。 如果是AOS，在I-485表上選Exemption就可以。現在問題是， Immigration Visa 的申請要如何辦理？
