8老師已經回答很清楚：There is no law that would prevent you from marrying

a US citizen but as a J-1 holder you have to meet home residency requirement or be waived before you seek permanent residence.

簡單說， 就是不讓你在沒有回國住滿2年或被赦免之前獲得綠卡，怎麽可能讓你用婚姻綠卡為由申請赦免？！
