由於新冠病毒，公司多數員工停薪留職（temparal lay-off). 但我們部門，印度老板留下兩個H1b小印繼續工作（其中一位正在辦綠卡），而讓兩位美籍國人停薪留職，請問各位大俠，從法律角度，這有什麽問題嗎？謝謝！

-H1B employees are TEMPORARY workers and should remain with the company only if there is a shortage of USA Citizen skilled employee. Therefore, technically H1B Visa employees should be cut before USA Citizen employees doing the same job. You can complain it to US Department of Labor if you want to. But the employer may not want to hire you back anymore if you fight him.
