請教8老師，父母跟未成年兒童因疫情無法回國，B2 Visa需要延期。請問如果三人同時申請，可以網上申請麽？

-Each person has to file I-539 independently if they want to file it online. If the parents plus the minor child want to file it together in one I-539 (i.e. one applicant plus one or two co-applicant with one filing fee), then they cannot file it online. 

還是應該應該分開申請？-If it is not very urgent, they may just file it together using paper-fling to save money.

多謝。再問繼母可以跟已成年繼子，繼子的妻子和女兒一起申請麽？-No.

假如媽媽跟11歲女兒分開領B2簽證來美國，現在可以一起申請延期麽？-Yes.
