我丈母娘申請綠卡，是她妹妹sponse的，填I-864的時候妹妹把她先生的名字和收入也填進去了

結果收到USCIS的信要補材料，因為妹妹的先生沒填I-864a表

其實她妹妹一個人的收入完全夠sponse, 是應該重新填一份I-864隻用她妹妹的收入，還是用兩個人的

如果隻用一個人的收入，24.a/b/c的total income怎麽填,

-Get the amount of Box 1 in her W2.

因為報稅是夫妻一起報的, 稅表上的數字是兩個人的

如果用兩個人的收入，是不是還要另外一個人的護照/W-2/六個月的paystub之類的-If her spouse provides I-864A as required by RFE, then he needs to provde the employment verification letter from his employer and the copy of his W2 with I-864A. Then, she does not file another I-864.
