我是綠卡，買加州Covered California(KAISER PERMANENTE）

保險屬於公共負擔的範圍嗎？對以後入籍不知道會不會有影響嗎？我看公

 

共負擔有一條說醫療補助也算公共負擔，Covered California根據收入來補貼的，

-If you have been green card holder for at least 5 years and you also have worked for 40 quarters (i.e. 10 years), you are qualifed for a lof of publich benefits from Feberal or State Goverment (nearly similar to a US citizen). Thus, you do not need to worry about the beneifts you recieved.

 

But if you just go your green card less than 5 years and never worked in US, then the benefit (Covered California) you got possibly may be public charge.
