5年前遞交的I-130申請，申請表填寫了姐姐一家人（包括姐夫和小孩）的信息，但是130的收據隻有姐姐一個人的信息，這正常嗎？

什麽時候移民局會把家屬信息包括到130申請？-When the I-130 prority date is current, NVC will send you the instructions and her family members can submit the immigrant visa applicaitons with hers at the same time.
移民局處理的時間顯示是2009年的10月，這說明大概6年後才處理2015年遞交的申請， 是嗎? - I think so.
